CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
I completely understand that as humans, life happens and sometimes sessions have to be cancelled or rescheduled and I'll never have an issue with that. Focusing on the matter at hand will always be more important than a tattoo, but as an artist I ask that you respect that my time has been reserved for you, and ask for at least a 24 hour notice on any rescheduling. Sessions that are rescheduled with at least a 24 hour notice will have their deposit rolled over to the next session. Sessions rescheduled same day or last minute will need to make another deposit when rescheduling. Cancellations will not be refunded. If you arrive for an appointment more than 30 minutes late, arrive for an appointment without proper ID or arrive intoxicated or otherwise unable to be tattooed. Deposits may not be transferred to another person or for use with a different tattooer.

If you are not feeling well in the days leading up to or the day of your session, please let us know and we'll happily reschedule your appointment. Please DO NOT show up if you're sick as it puts our guests and team at risk. Please connect with your artist via email as soon as possible to reschedule your session.
GUEST
You may bring one guest with you to accompany you while you get tattooed. Your guest must be over the age of 18. Out of respect for the other clients getting tattooed who need to relax as well as the artists who need to focus on their tattooing work, any excess guests or disruptive guests will be asked to leave. Children or minors are not permitted in the tattooing area at any time. Be aware that tattoo shops are intended for adults only and even an accompanied minor in the lobby area may see some nudity or hear adult language.
CHILDREN OR MINORS
Section 7.1.1 per Southern Nevada Health District :No persons under the age of eighteen (18) shall be permitted to loiter in the tattoo area of the establishment, whether or not they are the children or wards of the Health Permit holder, responsible person, or any of the employees, operators, visiting artists, or patrons of the tattoo establishment.
PETS
The health department prohibits any animal or pet in the tattooing area. Service animals are permitted in the lobby area and must not be left unattended at any time.
